You'll bring together technology, marketing, and operations to enhance customer engagement and drive innovation. You’ll be the go-to expert on our platforms, ensuring our digital tools are not just working—but winning . Your mission? Make every digital touchpoint seamless, smart, and seriously engaging! What you’ll be doing:- Leading digital operations and marketing across multiple sites and countries
- Drive innovation by strategically mapping customer journeys, gathering feedback from clients, guests and internal teams
- Creating targeted campaigns to boost loyalty, engagement, and sales
- Collaborating with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital experiences
- Training and empowering teams to make the most of our digital platforms
- Analyse data to understand trends, using insights to drive smarter decision making and continuous improvement
- 3-5 years in digital/marketing, with leadership experience
- A creative thinker who thrives on driving change and innovation
- A confident communicator and strategic planner with a love for food and service
