PROPERTY MANAGER

Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Estate Agency brand are looking to recruit a Property Manager to work within their busy branch.

The successful applicant will join a team of four Property Managers collectively responsible for approximately 750 fully managed properties , with a defined role and dedicated support from our pre-tenancy and credit control teams.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service.

Please note - It is essential that applicants have previous Estate Agency experience and hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Role

• Working with the existing team you will work within a Property Manager capacity.
• Providing an exceptional services and being a point of contact
• Must be able to drive and attend court hearings/bailiff appointment.
• Deals with all maintenance, EOT, compliance and property visits.
• Complaints.
• Audits.

Candidate

• Previous Property Management experience is essential.
• Presentable.
• Confident.
• Committed and willing to develop your existing experience.
• Keen to forge a long term career within a long established and professional business.
• Excellent customer Service skills and telephone manner.
• Full Driving Licence.
