Miminat Designs is seeking a talented and enthusiastic mid-weight interior designer to join its London team.

Our studio specialises in high-end interior design across luxury private residences, yachts, hotels and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), always delivering exceptional projects both locally and internationally. We are a vibrant team of creatives who take pride in fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

The role and responsibilities:

• collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences and budget
• develop compelling design concepts and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite
• develop concept design, spatial planning and schedules along with the senior team
• create detailed technical drawings and 3D models, including layouts, RCP and joinery packs
• oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• curate and specify FF&E and material finishes that elevate each space in comprehensive schedules
• coordinate with architects, contractors and suppliers to bring designs to life
• conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality execution
• assist in managing junior team tasks, reviewing their work and providing guidance

What we’re looking for:

• proven experience in interior design, or architecture, backed by a strong portfolio
• strong technical knowledge of joinery, detailing and materials
• technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Lumion & 3Dmaxx – this is non-negotiable.
• ability to draw and sketch freehand for illustrative moodboards and renders
• strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• an understanding of building regulations and construction methods
• a creative yet practical mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
• exceptional communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and management
