Senior Structural Engineer
- Lead the structural design process using cutting-edge software
- Manage and delegate work across project teams to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to develop practical and cost-effective solutions
- Produce high-quality calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications
- Support and develop junior staff, fostering a strong team culture
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and programme delivery for assigned projects
- Promote JMS Engineers services and contribute to business development initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Chartered status (MIStructE, FIStructE, MICE, or FICE) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of structural engineering experience within the UK
- Strong background in project management and cost estimation
- Experience with heritage or historic buildings is a distinct advantage
