Sales Agent
Join the Star Magic Healing team as a Star Magic Sales Agent and play a key role in guiding individuals toward powerful, life-changing transformation. In this role, you will represent Star Magic’s advanced healing programs and products, connecting with clients who are seeking real results in their wellness and personal growth journeys. You will conduct consultations, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions aligned with our mission of empowerment, coherence, and holistic well-being.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Star Magic Healing programs and products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct consultations and recommend tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with high client satisfaction
- Support outreach initiatives and events
- Collaborate with marketing on aligned campaigns
- Provide feedback to improve sales and client experience
Requirements
- Strong interest in health, wellness, personal development, or transformational work
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, consulting, or customer-facing roles (high-ticket sales experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Confidence in conducting consultations and guiding clients toward aligned solutions
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn Star Magic’s methodology, programs, and sales frameworks
- Basic technical proficiency (CRM systems, online booking tools, video calls)
- Availability to support clients across different time zones (preferred but not mandatory)
- Alignment with Star Magic’s mission, values, and long-term vision
