Data Administrator
Join us as our Data Administrator (12 Month Maternity Cover) and support our vibrant, non-selective co-educational day school in Wimbledon. You'll manage key data systems, communications, and events, ensuring accurate information and outstanding support for staff, students, and families. The Work
- Manage and update data across iSAMS modules
- Produce and distribute communications through the parent portal
- Support school events and trips administration
- Update school calendar and website content
- Co-ordinate weekly school newsletter and school photographs
- Provide administrative support during examinations and parents' evenings
- Cover reception and provide general administrative support
What You Need
- Educated to A Level stage
- Excellent attention to detail and data handling skills
- Confident IT user with experience of school management systems
- Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous improvement
Desirable
- Experience using iSAMS
- Knowledge of the independent school sector
