This role would really suit somebody who is skilled at managing and coordinating training programs for our teams. Your aim is to ensure that everyone has the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively and safely. Your day-to-day activities will include organising, implementing, and overseeing training programs, identifying training needs, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, tracking employee progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

As our next Training Co-Ordinator, you’ll be driving training initiatives to align with company goals and compliance standards. You will be instrumental in building a skilled, knowledgeable, and compliant workforce within the company.

The Key Requirements...

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Learning & Development or HR role
• The ability to communicate with key stakeholders of all levels
• Proven track record in managing budgets and training plans
• Train the trainer qualification or willing to work towards
