Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to primary/secondary school students
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and support
• Utilize various teaching techniques and resources to accommodate different learning styles
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Foster student engagement and promote a love for Mathematics through interactive activities and discussions
• Assess and evaluate student performance to determine areas for improvement and provide extra support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level
• Deep knowledge of the national curriculum and exam requirements
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and commitment to student success
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community
