Senior Mechanical Engineer

A Senior Mechanical Engineer is required to join a dynamic and forward-thinking building services team. This role offers the chance to lead projects, support team members, and contribute to high-quality design solutions across a range of sectors.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Mechanical Engineer:

Lead and support a team of engineers in delivering mechanical building services designs.

Produce and review detailed drawings, schematics, and engineering calculations using AutoCAD and Revit.

Coordinate with other disciplines and external consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and team workload to meet deadlines.

Act as a key technical contact for clients and contractors, responding to queries and attending meetings.

Help identify opportunities for project improvements and future work.

What is required of the Senior Mechanical Engineer:

Strong knowledge of mechanical building services design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Good understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards.

Confident communicator with experience working alongside clients, design teams, and contractors.

Ability to manage multiple projects and support junior team members.

Passionate about quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
