Japanese Speaking Global Mobility Coordinator – What You'll be Doing:

* Act as the first point of contact for Japanese clients regarding global mobility enquiries

* Liaise with internal tax teams to coordinate responses and deliver solutions

* Manage client expectations and track case progress using CRM and internal systems

* Prepare meeting materials, client reports, and internal documentation

* Schedule and facilitate internal/external meetings with relevant teams

* Ensure high-quality client service by maintaining clear communication across stakeholders

Japanese Speaking Global Mobility Coordinator – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

* Business-level Japanese and English, both written and spoken

* Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client communication and coordination

* Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, and standard office systems
