An established and growing legal services firm is currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their expanding Personal Injury team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigation-focused professional looking to make a real impact within a firm that values both client service and employee development.

This is a broad, varied role handling RTA matters, predominantly Pursuer-led, with some Defender work including litigated claims at Sheriff Court and ASPIC levels. You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team in a firm that is investing heavily in its Scottish operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of RTA claims, including both PI and non-PI matters.
• Progress litigated claims through the Sheriff Court and ASPIC.
• Deliver pragmatic legal advice and manage client expectations.
• Engage in early litigation strategy and cost-risk discussions.
• Liaise with stakeholders including medical experts, insurers, and solicitors.
• Meet and exceed performance targets in settlement and profitability.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience managing RTA PI cases under Scottish Protocol.
• Confidence in handling both pre-litigation and litigated work.
• Familiarity with Sheriff Court procedure and ASPIC.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a team player mindset.
