We’re looking for a Brand Manager to help Frive become a household name - reporting to our Head of Brand and working closely with another Brand Manager, Creative Producer and In-House Content Creators.

So, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our Brand team - leading on product marketing projects (inc. meal and website/ app product launches), supporting on Brand campaigns & activations, and bringing bold ideas that will help take Frive to the next level!

Impact
This is a cross-functional, fast-paced role that blends creative execution with commercial thinking. You’ll be responsible for managing key brand initiatives across product marketing, creative campaigns, digital channels, paid advertising and social content.
You’ll be the brand’s day-to-day lead across Frive’s digital platforms, product launches, ATL campaigns, packaging, and partnerships — working hand-in-hand with internal teams, agencies and freelancers to drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
The following are shared across two Brand Managers, each taking ownership of specific projects and workstreams while collaborating closely to deliver Frive’s overall brand strategy.
Paid & Organic Content
- Act as Brand point of contact for Paid Social Ads — working closely with the Growth and Creative teams
- Collaborate with the Organic Social Content Creator to develop platform-native content plans
- Support the planning and execution of Frive’s organic social calendar
Product Marketing & Launches
- Lead on digital product marketing across website, app, and CRM
- Manage the end-to-end process for new and existing meal launches (naming, messaging, rollout)
- Own Frive’s brand presence across digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Campaigns & PR
- Manage the rollout of 360 brand campaigns across all owned channels (website, app, email, social, packaging)
- Lead on ATL campaign delivery in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
- Coordinate and deliver Digital PR activity in partnership with Frive’s PR agency
Creative & Production
- Support and co-lead creative shoots, including briefing, art direction and on-set execution
- Help shape and execute the brand’s visual identity across campaign and always-on content
- Ensure every brand touchpoint reflects Frive’s tone, aesthetic and ambition
Partnerships, Merch & Ambassadors
- Lead and manage brand partnerships — identifying, executing and growing relationships
- Own Frive-branded merchandise — from concept to production and distribution
- Support the development of Frive’s creator and ambassador strategies
Reporting & Optimisation
- Track performance across campaigns and brand activations — distilling learnings into actionable insights
- Work closely with Growth and Brand teams to inform future campaigns and product decisions
