If so, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role with a business that truly values its team We're looking for a Portfolio Supervisor to oversee a cluster of high-profile corporate commercial office sites across the City and West End. You'll lead a small, multi-skilled team of engineers, ensuring service delivery is second to none. You'll be the go-to technical lead on-site, with a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational performance Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day supervision of engineering teams across multiple sites
- Client interaction and relationship management across the portfolio
- Ensuring KPI and SLA targets are met and exceeded
- Conducting audits, compliance checks, and regular toolbox talks
- Maintaining technical involvement, supporting your team with hands-on work where required
- Upholding high standards in health & safety, compliance, and engineering best practices
- Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment, with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance, audits, KPIs, SLAs, and health & safety regulations
- A proactive, supportive leader who can motivate a small but skilled team
