Key Responsibilities

1. Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver a warm, engaging service at the bar, creating memorable moments for every guest through great drinks and genuine hospitality

2. Bar Excellence: Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, maintaining consistency, speed, and attention to detail during both busy and quieter periods

3. Team Synergy: Work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service, clear communication, and an outstanding overall guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in busy, fast-paced bar environments, with the ability to stay composed and efficient during peak service

• A passion for hospitality, drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

• A calm, professional approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
