Salary: £60,000–£70,000 gross per annum (dependant on experience)

A warm family based in Holland Park are looking for a switched-on, capable and engaging Nanny/PA to join their household and care for their two daughters, aged 11 and 9.

This is a lovely long-term opportunity with a family who really value stability. Their current Nanny has been with them for six years, and their previous Nanny was with them for four years.

As the girls are getting older, the role now combines hands-on childcare with PA and household-management responsibilities. You will take ownership of their day-to-day routines, school commitments, homework, activities and appointments, while also helping to keep the wider household running smoothly.

During the day, you will assist with light family and household administration, including coordinating tutors and activities, arranging appointments, liaising with contractors or suppliers, organising things such as flowers or car cleaning, and generally keeping on top of the practical details of the household. You will also prepare fresh, healthy meals from scratch for the girls in the evenings. You do not need to be an exceptional cook, although someone who genuinely enjoys cooking would be a real bonus.

Both parents work full-time, so they are looking for someone confident, proactive and mature who can work independently and act as a genuine proxy when needed. You will be warm, intelligent, organised and fun, with the energy to really engage with the girls while still making sure homework and routines are taken care of.

The family employ a full-time Housekeeper, so there are no heavy housekeeping duties within the role.

There is also a much-loved six-year-old Cockapoo, so you should be comfortable around dogs and happy to help manage his day-to-day needs, including occasional vet appointments.
A driver would be helpful but is not essential.

The family travel for approximately eight weeks each year, during which time you will be able to take eight weeks of paid holiday. No travel with the family is required.
