Runner - OXO Brasserie
OXO Tower Brasserie is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Runner to join our vibrant front-of-house team on London’s South Bank. Set within the iconic OXO Tower with stunning views across the River Thames, OXO Brasserie is known for its lively atmosphere, modern brasserie-style dining, and seasonal menus. As a Runner, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is served efficiently and to the highest standards.
About the role...
Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
Work closely with chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and waiting team to ensure orders are correct and delivered to the right tables.
Support the team by assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring every dish is presented correctly before it reaches the guest.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
Stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
Show flexibility and a positive attitude, including availability to work evenings and weekends.

Previous experience as a Runner or in a similar hospitality role is beneficial but not essential.
