Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons to students ranging from primary to secondary level
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student development
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, such as tests and assignments
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an enriched curriculum
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience teaching English to primary and/or secondary students
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students in their English learning journey
• Creative approach to teaching, incorporating innovative methods and resources
• A positive and flexible mindset, with the ability to adapt to the needs of a diverse student population
