Finance Manager - Investment Properties
Ambient People is recruiting an interim Finance Manager, overseeing an investment property portfolio for a central London local authority.
You will manage the ongoing finances, including rent and service charge collection, for a group of non–housing investment properties. Prior experience of rent and service charge accounting for non–housing assets would be hugely advantageous.
You must be able to commit to two days office working as standard.
