The Opportunity:

A leading law firm in Central London is expanding its Private Client team and is looking for a confident and capable Senior Associate to join its ranks. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse and high-value client base, contribute to strategic growth and take ownership of complex and rewarding matters.

The team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate level) to play a key role in a high-performing and innovative department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including HNW and UHNW individuals and to contribute to strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on IHT planning (including multi-jurisdictional assets), Care Home Fee planning, Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration
• Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Support business development efforts, including networking, meetings and events (some travel and out-of-hours work required)
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their professional development
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

About You:

• UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client law
• Proven experience handling complex matters for HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• A collaborative team player with a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude
