£10M+ High-End Cat B Fit-Out | London

A high end £10M+ Cat B commercial fit-out project in the heart of London.

Responsibilities as a Junior Project Manager:

Managing end-to-end project delivery across commercial projects.

*

Can create a Programe.

*

Support in executing project plans, schedules, programes and scopes of work.

*

Take ownership of projects with minimal oversight.

*

Prepare budgets, tracking costs, and managing financial reporting.

*

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to procurement or execution strategies.

*

Develop and maintain project schedules using software like MS Project or Primavera.

*

Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and site instructions.

*

Ensure project compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and company standards.

*

Identify and help mitigate project risks and delays.

*

Monitor and support implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures
