Freelance European CRM Campaign Manager
This is a key role to stepchange the transformation around marketing personalization, with the mission to drive growth through digital channels using our clients CRM.
In partnership with the Data and CCX Team at Europe Division, this role will be responsible for managing campaign timelines across multiple brands and markets, brainstorming campaign ideas and reviewing performance, and streamlining workflow to improve operational efficiency with key stakeholders.
The role will work within the clients Content Studio with both internal and agency teams to bring our email marketing campaigns to life.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- % of time Task – 40% Integrated Orchestration and Project Management
- The roleholder is accountable to orchestrate campaign initiation, to acquire stakeholder inputs on time.
- The roleholder must be able to juggle multiple campaigns and set priorities with both internal and external campaign deployment teams.
- The roleholder will be the single point of contact for campaign planning in Europe.
- The roleholder is responsible to create and maintain a campaign calendar at Europe Division level, to coordinate planning sessions with all key markets and relevant stakeholders, to ensure campaigns are planned and delivered based on business priorities.
- 40% Campaign Ideation, Analysis and Recommendation
- The roleholder will provide researched recommendation based on internal and external insights to facilitate efficient campaign briefing processes.
- The roleholder will report back on campaign send status and performance, and to share learnings across local country leads and recommend how to activate the insights.
- The roleholder will assist in developing marketing strategies for both division teams and local country leads.
20% Strategy Support
- As an email expert, this individual will be asked for their input in developing email strategy, for instance, IP reputation management and lapsed user re-engagement.
- The roleholder should feel comfortable suggesting the use of high performing campaigns or avoiding low performing campaigns.
- They should also feel comfortable suggesting ways to adjust campaign creative for better performance for both regional teams and local country leads.
Education/ Experience Requirements
Required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience in IP warming and reputation management
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL, Adobe creative suite, HTML, or AMPscript
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud

Working Relationships (Key partnerships and reporting relationships)
Does this position supervise: No
- Day-to-day supervised by Data Activation and Measurement Lead, Europe Division
- Works with market CRM leads, division brand teams, content studio, and deployment teams
- Works with external agencies as and when required
