E-Commerce & Dtc Intern
Join our team in Queens Park and see first-hand how a luxury brand runs, from order to unboxing. Responsibilities
- Order fulfilment: Pick, steam and pack each order to Liberowe’s presentation standard, check every piece for marks, loose threads and damage before it’s boxed, and prepare and assign accurate shipping labels for UK and international dispatch.
- Returns and quality control: Inspect returned pieces for wear, marks and missing tags, decide whether they can go back into stock, and log any issues. Check incoming deliveries from our London workroom against the expected quantities and sizes.
- Stock: Carry out regular physical counts by style and size, reconcile them against Shopify, flag discrepancies, and take sold-out pieces off active listings.
- Shopify: Build new product listings in drafts, upload and order product imagery, enter sizes, quantities and prices, and update pricing across our international markets when collections launch or change.
- Creative and press: Lay out seasonal lookbooks, line sheets and wholesale catalogues in InDesign, and help pull, pack and track pieces requested by press, stylists and VIP clients.
- Hands-on experience across the operations of a luxury DTC brand
- Practical Shopify and Adobe skills
- Insight into press, VIP and wholesale processes
- Close mentorship in a growing London-made label
- Studying Fashion Communication, Marketing, Fashion Management, Business or similar
- Organised, detail-oriented and reliable
- A genuine feel for the Liberowe aesthetic
- Nice to have: industrial steamer experience (we’ll train you), InDesign, Shopify, Photoshop.
- Two days a week (minimum), starting November, Queens Park, London.
