Ticketing Supervisor

Salary: £17.36 per hour

Hours: 14 hours per week across 2 days, evening and weekend availability required

Location: London Coliseum

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Ticketing Supervisor to join our Box Office team and play a key role in delivering ticketing operations for London Coliseum.

The role also offers the opportunity to lead on specific projects, including relaxed performances, one‑off initiatives, and staff training as well as undertaking Duty Manager shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ticketing experience, leadership skills, and a passion for theatre and opera.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to oversee box office operations and ensure high levels of customer service

  • Ticketing experience including agency sales, reporting and analysis

  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and agencies

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and manage teams both in-person and remotely

  • Experience in line management, training, and performance support for Box Office Assistants
