WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Junior Prototyper within our Prototyping and Innovation team, you'll have the chance to help develop cutting-edge prototypes across a variety of technologies. Working alongside experienced Senior Prototypers, you'll gain hands-on experience and enhance your skills in a collaborative environment.

We’re looking for a positive, code-first approach to problem solving, a strong desire to learn new technical skills, and a keen awareness of the business needs that we’re solving for.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prototype Development: Assist in creating prototypes across different technologies
• User Interface Development: Show interest in developing user-facing applications
• Learning and Development: Be willing and eager to learn new technologies , tools, and ways of working. Seek opportunities for growth and skills enhancement.
• Technical Skills: Develop and improve proficiency in Python and other relevant technologies. Show experience in at least one of the following: plotting/dashboarding, modeling, or development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the prototyping cell members, including the Senior Prototyper , and research and design teams. Communicate effectively and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Process Adherence: Follow the principles of rapid prototyping, focusing on speed, iteration, and validation. Participate actively in the teams development processes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• At least 2 years of experience in software development, data science, or a related field
• Experience with Python programming.
• Preferred background in Data Science, Engineering, or Analytics.
• Familiarity with one or more areas: plotting/dashboarding, modeling, or software development
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and work in a multi product prototyping environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
