Part time Nanny-Housekeeper for 20 hours per week, Job ID J1CBFE
A Part time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family in Bermondsey, London to help them in looking after their charming toddler and school-aged child while maintaining the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone energetic, adaptable, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. They are looking for someone positive, proactive, and experienced in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. They value someone who is both independent and communicative, able to keep them informed and raise any concerns as needed. The family hopes to find a dependable individual who will become a consistent and trusted part of their routine, with the flexibility to adapt as their needs evolve.
Someone who could speak French or Lithuanian languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates will also be considered. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: around 15 to 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Duties include:
- preparing meals for the children
- supporting all aspects of their development
- keeping their bedrooms and play area neat and tidy
- organising the laundry and ironing
- setting feeding and nap times
- school pick-ups and early evening care, planning fun, age-appropriate activities and outings
- changing them when needed
- loading the dishwasher
- taking them for walks to the local park or high street
- ensuring they are washed and ready for bed at the end of the day
The family is seeking someone who can start in September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
