The Opportunity
This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll own broker relationships, drive profitable growth, and underwrite with authority in a high-performing, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite and trade profitable SME Property & Casualty business within authority.
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships to grow your panel and pipeline.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Deliver market-leading service and uphold underwriting excellence at all times.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and data to deliver on growth plans.

What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in the UK SME Property & Casualty market, ideally within an MGA environment.
- Strong analytical and trading skills, with a proactive approach to winning and retaining business.
- Solid understanding of e-traded insurance products and underwriting systems.
- A confident communicator with energy, drive, and a results-focused mindset.
- A genuine team player who enjoys working at pace and taking ownership.
