The Role
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and a truly exceptional client experience. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, working alongside a highly skilled team in a modern and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients across all areas of the clinic
- Monitor anaesthesia and assist during surgical procedures
- Run nurse consultations and preventative healthcare appointments
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records
- Support the smooth daily operation of the practice
- Manage stock control and maintain equipment standards
- Deliver a premium and empathetic experience for every client
- Build strong relationships within the local community
- Contribute ideas to improve clinical and operational performance
Working Pattern
- Full-time position
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Clinic opening hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- 1 in 3 weekends
The Practice
These purpose-built clinics combine elegant design with some of the most advanced veterinary equipment available in first opinion practice.
Facilities include:
- Digital static radiography
- Advanced ultrasound with specialist cardiology integration
- Modern anaesthetic machines with ventilators and multiparameter monitoring
- Dental radiography and high-spec dental equipment
- Endoscopy and laparoscopy equipment
- Extensive in-house laboratory capabilities
- Advanced screening technology for lumps and masses
Each clinic is staffed by a highly selective team of experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses who are committed to clinical excellence and supporting one another.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
- 5.6 weeks annual leave including public holidays
- £1,000 CPD allowance plus 3 paid CPD days
- RCVS and VDS fees paid
- Pension contribution
- Private medical insurance for you and your dependants (after probation)

- Strong anaesthesia and surgical nursing experience
- Confident managing all aspects of a busy practice
