Part-time Nanny, 8 hours per day, Job ID J1D636
A Part-time Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Leyton area to provide proper care for their charming toddler and precious baby. An ideal candidate will be someone kind, experienced, caring and easygoing who has a basic understanding of child development. The role includes all standard childcare duties. They need someone who has a nursery or early years of experience and be confident in supporting their child with phonics and early learning activities. Someone who can drive and holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must.
A valid first aid qualification is essential to this position.
Working hours: Monday and Tuesday or Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, approximately 24 hours per week
Duties include:
- Assisting with nappy changes and feeding
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
- Helping with phonics with the children
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
The family is seeking someone who can start as soon as possible.
