An UHNW VIP family based in Westminster is seeking an exceptional French and English-speaking nanny to care for their two young children. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional, developmentally focused nanny looking to work within a private, high-profile household.
The role involves caring for a 14-month-old boy and a 4-year-old girl, with a strong emphasis on supporting their developmental milestones, education, and overall growth. The family is particularly interested in candidates with a Montessori or similar educational background, who can bring a thoughtful, structured, and nurturing approach to childcare.
This is initially a live-in position, offering stability and continuity for the children, with the potential to transition into a rota role after approximately six months. Flexibility is essential, as the family travels internationally and requires someone who is confident accompanying them.
The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging, and highly professional, with a genuine passion for early years development. You will be proactive, organised, and confident managing routines, planning age-appropriate activities, and fostering a positive learning environment. Discretion, adaptability, and the ability to work within a HNW staffed setting.

Requirements:
Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
Proven experience working as a nanny within private households, ideally UHNW environments
Strong understanding of child development; Montessori or similar qualifications highly desirable
Confident driver
Flexible and willing to travel internationally
Excellent references and a current DBS/police check
Legal right to live and work in the UK
