Are you an experienced Nursery Manager ready for your next exciting opportunity? We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our friendly, high-quality nursery based in the heart of Earlsfield. This is a full-time role over five days, offering a competitive salary of £37,000 per year and the chance to make a real difference in early years education.

As our Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring that every child receives the very best start in life. You’ll lead, support, and inspire a talented team, uphold the highest standards of care and education, and maintain compliance with all safeguarding and Ofsted requirements. The Nursery Manager will play a key role in developing strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and the wider community, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where everyone can thrive.

To succeed as a Nursery Manager, you’ll need a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent), a solid understanding of the EYFS framework, and previous management experience in a nursery or early years setting. You’ll bring excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
