Creative Lead

Your role in the JoJo story…
We’re looking for a bold, strategic Creative Lead to own our brand vision and steer campaign creativity. Reporting to the Head of Brand , you’ll set the creative direction, elevate our brand identity, and drive high-impact visual storytelling across every channel. This role blends hands-on concepting and design with confident leadership of people, process, and creative output.

A peek into your daily adventures:

• Lead Creative Strategy: Define and drive seasonal campaign concepts and overarching brand creative direction.

• Shape New Brand Vision : Protect and evolve the brand identity, ensuring all creative work shares a distinctive, consistent visual voice.

• Own Campaign Development : Take ideas from concept to execution across photography through to seasonal output.

• Direct Photography & Art Direction: Set visual intent, lead shot direction, and ensure all imagery aligns with campaign identity and brand standards.

• Guide the Studio : Oversee the creative studio teams (photo, assets, graphics), ensuring clarity, quality, and efficient workflows.

• Design When Needed : Jump in as an active designer to bring high-level concepts to life.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner closely with Design, Marketing, E-com, and VM to deliver cohesive, commercially aligned creative.

• Manage Resources : Coordinate internal and external creative resources to deliver best-in-class work on time and on brief.

• Innovate & Improve : Continuously push creative quality while refining processes and keeping the brand fresh, current, and future-focused.

Skills that make you shine:

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams across brand, photography, and digital.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign concepting, brand identity development, and high-level creative direction.

• Ability to uphold and evolve brand standards while generating original, progressive ideas.

• Hands-on creative skills

• Experience directing photography and overseeing creative production.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

• Excellent organisational skills, comfortable balancing multiple fast-paced projects.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for craft, clarity, and innovation.
