Bank Catering Assistant
Join our kitchen team as a Bank Chef in Old Woking, Surrey. You'll prepare and serve nutritious meals for our residential addiction treatment service, ensuring high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness. This flexible role offers shifts to cover annual leave and absences, making it perfect for experienced chefs looking for additional work.

The Work
- Prepare and serve varied, nutritious meals for our residents
- Cater for individual dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage stock and minimise waste
- Direct catering colleagues when covering the Head Chef role
What You Need
- Experience working in a professional kitchen
- Food hygiene qualification and NVQ Level 2 in catering (or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of food safety and allergens
- Strong organisational skills and communication with colleagues
- Thoughtful approach to individual dietary and nutritional needs
Desirable
- Experience in a similar role within a residential setting
