Nike Head Coach (Concessions Manager) – New Store Opening, Central London

About the Role
As a Head Coach for our new Central London concession, you’ll lead by example, champion Nike’s values, and create a premium consumer experience. You’ll be responsible for driving commercial success, developing your team, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, ensuring visual merchandising and “door to floor” standards are consistently executed.
- Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous training to ensure all team members meet Nike’s service and operational standards.
- Use business insights and commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions using Nike’s “Performance Excellence” framework.
- Manage stock operations, including deliveries, audits, and cycle counts, in line with Nike HQ policies.
- Act as the key liaison between the store, Nike HQ, and department store partners, sharing updates on promotions, operations, and policy changes.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of management experience in a concession or high-volume retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong background in retail operations, sales, planning, and customer service.
- Energetic presence on the shop floor with a passion for sport and the Nike brand.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
