We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to work with our students in different ways to support them not only to complete and achieve but also to get involved and develop themselves while they are with us. The suitable candidate will be confident in supporting young people to access extra-curricular activities.


You will develop and coordinate opportunities for students to volunteer, fundraise and be active citizens in their community through social action projects.


The ideal candidate will have experience of, or be interested in, youth work and behaviour management. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
