Business Development Account Director
Nomia helps companies reduce cost, manage risk, and increase efficiency for non-strategic third-party spend. We act as an extension of our customer’s procurement team by executing the end-to-end sourcing, supplier onboarding and contracting process for indirect categories of spend.
We are focused on delivering an innovative and disruptive procurement solution to our customers to make managing non-strategic spend simpler, more transparent, and better value.
We are a global team based in the United Kingdom, Singapore, Dubai, Poland, and the United States.
The Role
As a Business Development Account Director, you will play a critical role in Nomia’s growth, responsible for driving new logo acquisition across our priority regions. - Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, VP, Director level)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Presales, and Leadership teams to execute GTM strategies
- Leverage presales support to help shape solution positioning and run successful sales engagements
- Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain up-to-date CRM records to support reporting and planning
- Represent Nomia at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Being a brand ambassador for Nomia, driving awareness and credibility in the market
Qualifications/Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, procurement tech, or enterprise software

- Strong collaboration skills with presales and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communicator with a track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with remote selling across multiple geographies
- Proficiency in CRM and opportunity management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of procurement, spend management, or supply chain technology
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
- Experience managing long consultative sales cycles (6+ months) with large ACV (£250K+) deals
Why join the team
- Uncapped commission with competitive base salary
- Join a high-performing team at the forefront of AI-powered procurement
- Accelerated career progression in a global, scaling company
- Hands-on mentorship and collaboration with senior leadership
