We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering organisation — owning technical strategy, execution excellence, and the growth of our engineering culture as we scale.
In this role, you will
As Head of Engineering, you will:
Define and lead the technical strategy and architecture for our platform, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and secure for enterprise customers.
Set the engineering vision and execution model, translating product and business objectives into high-impact technical roadmaps.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and the Executive team to ensure engineering is a core driver of business impact.
Lead and grow a high-performing engineering organisation with a focus on delivery discipline, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Drive engineering processes and standards that enable predictable delivery while maintaining high engineering quality.
Ensure our systems meet enterprise expectations for performance, uptime, and security.
Represent engineering in cross-functional company planning and decision-making forums.
Foster a culture of psychological safety, ownership, and high accountability across engineering teams.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a leader who:
Has significant engineering leadership experience, including hands-on technical credibility early in their career.
Has designed and scaled complex platforms — especially in data-intensive or AI-enabled environments.
Thrives at both strategic and tactical levels , setting direction while enabling teams to execute.
Understands how to balance feature velocity with architectural quality and scalability .
Has experience building and scaling engineering teams (ideally 30+ engineers).
Is customer-centric and treats engineering as a lever for business outcomes.
Communicates clearly with engineers, business stakeholders, and executives alike.
Has experience in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments (startups or scale-ups).
