Experience in all of the above areas is a not a prerequisite, but we are looking for a team member who is keen to learn and operate across these areas. This role will support the Legal Counsel, Senior Counsel and Heads of Legal in the areas identified above.

We work in a highly collaborative environment, presenting numerous opportunities to enjoy a huge variety of often innovative legal and commercial challenges.

The role is critical in helping the wider ASOS Legal Team meet the needs and requirements of all elements of ASOS’ business across the globe, requiring the ability to give commercial as well as legal advice, often on cross-border matters, and to promptly identify risks and issues that need to be escalated within the company.

The role requires someone who is hands-on and commercially minded, with a strong professional ethic and the energy, interest and training to pursue a broad array of corporate, commercial and legal matters. ASOS is fast paced, so all employees also need to be adaptable, and be enthused and excited about what’s around the corner for us. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior members of our Legal Team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  • Manage and support on legal and commercial aspects of critical projects.
  • Identify and help to prepare and deliver training to the Legal team and to the business on relevant legal issues.
