Senior Brand Manager
Position Summary: We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for planning, executing, and optimising the marketing mix. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy and execution, while also leading a team. A day in the life of a Senior Brand Manager… These are some of the areas you will be involved in delivering: Know Your Consumer Deeply: Develop a profound understanding of the portioned coffee category, leveraging insights to inform strategy and enhance consumer engagement. Drive Coffee Machine Growth: Collaborate with the Machines team to accelerate growth initiatives and ensure brand alignment with machine innovation and commercial plans. Innovate Bigger, Better, Bolder: Lead the UK innovation pipeline, adapting global innovations for the UK market and executing them flawlessly. Create Engaging Brand Experiences: Oversee media strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are consumer-centric and deliver strong ROI. Plan and Execute Flawlessly: Own the execution of the 18-month UK brand plan, developing growth initiatives and performance tracking. Elevate eCommerce Performance: Drive excellence across all eCommerce touchpoints, converting digital engagement into tangible business results. Champion Sustainability: Promote sustainability initiatives and collaborate with the Podback team to enhance consumer awareness of recycling solutions. Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and excellence. The role is suited to someone already operating as a Senior Brand Manager and looking for the opportunity to develop their leadership capability with an ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions. You will also have: Strong brand management experience with proven track record in creating engaging TTL campaigns, building impactful media plans, delivering strong innovations and driving brand activation.
