- Lead performance optimisation initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing plant improvements
- Partner with operations teams to upgrade equipment and optimise settings while securing strong supplier guarantees
- Develop business cases for recycling sector growth and create technical designs including PFDs, mass flow analyses, and facility layouts
- Coordinate design progression with stakeholders and evaluate plant/machine performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standard adherence
- Deliver clear technical communications through professional reports and presentations
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in engineering (Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or Electrical) or waste management and recycling sector.
- Proven track record in developing feasibility studies and business cases for projects
- Strong background in sorting/recycling processes and related industries
