Your Role as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

As a Trainee Mortgage Broker based in Hornchurch, you’ll benefit from a step-by-step development plan including on-the-job mentoring and formal training. You’ll initially focus on protection and general insurance advice, gradually moving into full mortgage advice as you build your experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the estate agency team in Hornchurch to promote mortgage and protection services

• Delivering holistic financial advice tailored to clients’ needs

• Managing client relationships from initial enquiry to application

• Keeping clients informed throughout the process with outstanding service

• Using your sales ability to generate new business and meet set KPIs

• Attending training courses and sales meetings with the Mortgage Network

What We’re Looking For:

To be considered for this Trainee Mortgage Advisor role in Hornchurch, you must have:

• CeMAP 1 qualification (as a minimum – essential)

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face or telephone-based environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and organisational ability

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• A clear credit history and no criminal convictions
