Chef de Partie - Staff Restaurant

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Here, we are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of W1 Social, our Associate Restaurant, providing the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating a memorable experience for our associates. You will play a crucial role in supporting and coaching the development of the team, contributing to a welcoming environment where associates can unwind and relax whilst enjoying healthy, nutritional offerings. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all preparation, cooking and plating of dishes are completed to the highest standard, supporting and motivating the team to exceed all expectations.
• Maintain and monitor clean and organised sections, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards.
• Follow recipes and technical sheets with accuracy, staying well informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
• Take pride and ownership of the entire kitchen operation, offering guidance and support to your peers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.
