Accounts Assistant

We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team in London.
Key Responsibilities- Support the accounts payable function, ensuring invoices and expenses are processed accurately and on time.
- Work with expense management systems and corporate card platforms.
- Assist with month-end processes and reconciliations.
- Liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries promptly.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration .
- Familiarity with expense management systems and corporate card platforms .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Twinfield or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills .
- Clear and professional communication skills at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset .
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality .
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
