We are seeking a versatile and dynamic English and Media Studies Teacher to join an innovative department at a highly-regarded secondary school in Ealing . This is a full-time, permanent position available for an immediate (ASAP) start , offering the chance to teach across two of the most popular and creative subjects in the curriculum.

  • Role: English & Media Studies Teacher

  • Location: Ealing, West London (Highly accessible via Elizabeth Line and Central Line)

  • Curriculum: English (KS3 & KS4) and Media Studies (KS4 & KS5).

  • Salary: Outer London Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).

The Opportunity

This unique dual-specialism role allows you to bridge the gap between traditional literacy and 21st-century media analysis. You will be responsible for delivering rigorous English lessons that develop student writing and analytical skills, alongside Media Studies units that explore film language, digital marketing, and social media trends .

The department is well-equipped with modern technology and media suites, providing students with the tools to both analyze and create their own media products. You will work within a collaborative team that values creative thinking and helps students navigate the complex world of modern communications.
