Our client is a prestigious hotel in Central London, with great transport links, generous company benefits, and a supportive leadership team that values your growth and input.

As Sous Chef, you will work as part of a large, talented kitchen team that caters for approximately (Apply online only) covers at breakfast, afternoon tea for approximately 50 covers, the staff canteen which caters for approximately 100 covers per day, as well as lunch and dinner operations in the main restaurant. The hotel also has the capability to cater for private dining of up to 40 covers.

Please note, staff live in accommodation is not available with this role therefore, applicants should only apply for this role if they are able to commute to Central London on a daily basis.

Working alongside a talented Head Chef and a dynamic kitchen brigade, you'll bring energy, vision, and leadership to a team that serves a diverse clientele from across the globe and will play an active role in menu development, cost control, and operational planning.

The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, champion consistency, quality, and innovation across all culinary offerings. You will mentor and develop chefs of all levels, supporting their growth and progression whilst ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance across the department are maintained at all times.

Successful applicants must have previous experience of working within London Hotels.
