The Role
Join one of London’s premier hospitality sites as Head Chef, leading an exceptional culinary operation that spans premium brasserie dining, high-end fine dining, and bespoke event catering. We are looking for a visionary, highly organized, and passionate Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen. You will drive culinary excellence across a diverse range of daily services, ensuring every plate is executed with precision, flair, and the finest fresh ingredients.
The Details
- Salary: £50,000 per annum base + paid overtime
- Location: Central London
- Days: Monday to Friday (Enjoy an incredible work-life balance with free weekends)
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Volume & Style: Around 250 covers in total daily across premium brasserie, high-end fine dining, and event catering
- Team: Supported by a talented, dedicated brigade including a Sous Chef, a Chef de Partie, and a specialist Pastry Chef
Key Responsibilities
- As Head Chef you will manage and inspire a talented kitchen brigade, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment alongside your Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Pastry Chef.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of diverse daily services, maintaining impeccable standards of food quality and presentation across all meal times.
- Design and execute sophisticated, seasonal menus for both premium brasserie dining and regular high-quality buffet services.
- Take full accountability for kitchen financials, including food GP, stock control, and supplier management, while strictly upholding the highest standards of food safety, health and safety, and allergen compliance.
