We're looking for a Senior CRM and Loyalty Exec. to take ownership of our email marketing, customer retention strategy and drive lifetime value.
The Role
As our Senior CRM and Loyalty Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising our email marketing and loyalty initiatives. This role is crucial for engaging our existing customer base and encouraging repeat bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of the email marketing platform.
Plan campaigns and automated trigger emails that drive repeat purchase and retention, taking ownership of the customer contact flows.
Design, write and build segmented email campaigns, ensuring relevancy and personalisation for different customer groups.
Ideate and implement new initiatives for growing our database.
Monitor and report on key CRM metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), using insights to drive recommended improvements.
Support the development and implementation of any customer loyalty initiatives.
Collaborate with the commercial and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with a passion for marketing and data. We are seeking a motivated individual ready to take the reins and make the role their own, with the ambition to grow - travel experience is a plus, and a love of skiing or snowboarding is a must have!
Essential Experience:
Previous experience in a CRM or Email Marketing-focused role.
Hands-on experience with, and operating knowledge of, an Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar.
Creating emails from scratch, appropriately segmented to different audiences.
Solid understanding of customer segmentation and A/B testing principles.
Previous responsibility in delivering commercial impact from email.
Experience in data analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
