Our growing property business in Whetstone, London, is looking for a talented Administrator to join our dynamic team​ on a 12 months fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing:

As our Administrator, you'll be crucial in supporting our team and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing systems and customer data: Keeping our vital information accurate and up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations.
Handling project documentation: Organising and maintaining essential documents for various projects, ensuring easy access and compliance.
Providing exceptional customer support: Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for our customers, resolving queries efficiently.
Supporting internal stakeholders: Assisting various departments and team members with their administrative needs.
Utilising CRM systems: Effectively using our Customer Relationship Management system to track interactions and manage data.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property sector (though not essential).
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
