Operations Manager
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field engineers via regular 121's and annual appraisals.
- Monitor performance to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- To work closely with the office manager to enable a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all new engineer recruits are onboarded professionally and efficiently
- Oversee the scheduling of service calls, installations, and maintenance to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of work.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for each job.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed by the engineers to enable efficient communication with the office.
- Manage inventory of HVAC parts, equipment, and tools, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on satisfaction surveys and service reviews.
- Analyse and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Identify areas for improvement in workflows, job completion times, and customer communication.
- Implement best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- To ensure a consistent system is used to produce competitive quotes.
- To ensure an accurate asset register is in place.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain a safe working environment for staff and clients.
- Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and effectively.
