DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2025 will sell 40 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who...
- Is excited to lead the DASH charge in the world of Forecourts and Convenience – we’ve developed fantastic proof of concept in Grocery on-the-go spaces, and are keen to quickly expand our reach across F&C
- Has 5+ years of experience in the FMCG forecourts and convenience sector, and can demonstrate a strong track record of launching products in key F&C customers. Ideally they’d already have a good network of key contacts that they can engage with from the start
- Has a strong “hunter mindset” – this role is very much about winning new business across this excitingly diverse channel
- Is incredibly relationship-minded – able to build relationships quickly and effectively. We want someone who is most comfortable when they are with customers, growing the brand
- Will deliver our ambitious sales plans, while demonstrating strong P&L management and accountability
- Is a confident negotiator, capable of securing strong JBPs and business plans to ensure DASH continues to grow rapidly and maximises its potential in food service
- Can think outside the box in identifying growth opportunities for DASH, and the skills and confidence to make them happen
- Is entrepreneurially minded, and will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Is excited to sell DASH’s fantastic range of healthy soft drinks: someone who believes that soft drinks free from sugar and sweetener is the way forward to a healthier society
- Can live the DASH values and contribute to our team culture in a positive way
