Community Manager

We provide a broad range of prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our HR operations and help foster a positive work environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly social Community Manager to join our team onsite in London. This role will focus on building, managing, and scaling Rightangled’s community presence through influencer partnerships, branding initiatives, and events.
You will play a key role in strengthening our brand by developing meaningful relationships with influencers, executing engaging campaigns, and driving community growth both online and offline.
Success in this role will be defined by:

- Delivering high-quality brand activations and events
Key Responsibilities
- Community Building & Engagement: Develop and grow engaged communities across relevant platforms, ensuring consistent interaction and brand presence.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
- Branding & Content Creation: Support brand development through creating and editing visual content including banners, posters, and campaign assets.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute events that strengthen community engagement and brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Execute community-led campaigns and initiatives aligned with overall marketing and growth strategy.
- Performance & Growth: Track engagement metrics and optimise strategies to improve community growth and participation.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 3+ years experience in community management, social media, or similar role
- Proven experience building and managing communities
- Strong background in influencer marketing and relationship management
- Experience in branding and campaign execution
- Proven experience in planning and executing events
Technical Skills
- Ability to create and edit content (banners, posters, social assets)
- Familiarity with design and content tools
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Highly social, approachable, and confident communicator
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Native-level English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, wellness, or healthcare sectors
